pStazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Italy seeks a Researcher to analyze single-nucleus RNA sequencing datasets to characterize post-metamorphic cell types and investigate their developmental dynamics. /ppThe project includes generating cell type–specific bulk ATAC-seq datasets from pre- and post-metamorphic sea urchin stages.
