Air Dolomiti, a proud member of the Lufthansa Group, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Support Agent to join our team based in Verona, Italy. As a Field Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our flights operate as smoothly as possible—even when things don't go according to plan. You'll be the remote coordinator for flight irregularities, supporting airports across our network, and helping to keep our operations efficient, cost-effective, and passenger-focused.

Your Main Functions

- Remotely coordinating Air Dolomiti flight irregularities —including cancellations, delays, and diversions—ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Supporting airports across the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual)
- Monitoring extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time to minimize disruption to passengers and crew

Essential Requirements

- High school diploma or higher —your educational foundation is solid
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)—clear communication is essential

- Good IT knowledge —proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools
- Motivated, open-minded, and target-oriented —you bring energy and focus to your work
- Availability to work shifts —our operations run around the clock
- Willingness to travel frequently for short periods —you're ready to be where you're needed

Preferred Experience

- Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be considered a plus—if you've worked in this environment, you'll stand out
