ph3What you would do as our Field Technician /h3 pReporting to the Italy Country Manager and the Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will join a growing Italian team, gaining deep expertise in Traka key-management systems and playing a strategic role in consolidating the launch and growth of Traka’s brand-new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success. This position is a field-based role, with frequent travels across Italy (~ 70%). /p pYou would also: /p ul liReview and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery. /li liPerform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka application and best-practice workflows. /li liInstall and commission key cabinets and locker systems and assisting with software installation configuration, ensuring seamless integration /li liDeliver exceptional customer support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, including performing on-site repairs and component replacements. /li liContinuously upskill, staying at the forefront of Traka product developments. /li /ul h3The skills and experience you need /h3 ul liHas a technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher), or equivalent relevant hands-on experience in electronic and mechanical assembly. /li liis willing to travel across Italy, has a valid driving license and excellent command of English, both spoken and written. /li liHas a Dynamic and curious personality, able to cooperate in cross‑functional teams with a highly professional attitude. /li liIs self‑motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision /li liHas IT knowledge for user/support level and a valid Workplace Safety certificate (Electrical or Construction) are a strong plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe’re passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so you can continue and progress a lifelong career with us – here’s what we have to offer:
