Supporting this vision requires strong financial controls, attention to detail, and a dedication to operational excellence.We are currently seeking an Income Auditor & General Cashier to join our Finance team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue reporting, performing daily reconciliations, maintaining internal controls, and overseeing cash handling and banking activities in line with company procedures and accounting standards.Key responsibilities include:Analysing and verifying all revenue transactions from departments including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and other outletsPreparing and distributing the Daily Revenue Report with accuracy and timelinessUploading daily revenue and statistics journals into SUN System, ensuring all revenues are captured and balancedInspecting all supporting documentation to confirm the integrity of management reportsReconciling credit card and other payment methods with PMS systemsPreparing rebates, voids, complimentary and allowance summaries for management approvalMonitoring rate changes, discounts, and adjustments for proper authorizationConducting daily income audits and reconciling sales and payments by departmentPreparing monthly financial reports and assisting in audits and statementsEnsuring compliance with financial policies and internal control proceduresWorking closely with operational departments to ensure accurate recording of all income-related transactionsWho We’re Looking For:
