With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will be also the contact person for agents and/or brokers working with the Property Team. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines. /liliSteer and control the portfolio at local level in conjunction with the Head of Property to drive the achievement of financial targets. /liliProactively liaise with functional areas to review performance of end-to-end underwriting life cycle. /liliWork closely with Sales departments, Risk Consulting, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling. /liliEnsure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. /liliProactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products /liliSupport the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /li /ulh3Degree in Engineering or Economics or Law or equivalent Experience /h3ulliAt least 3 proven experience in underwriting profitable Property business for Corporate Clients both PD/BI and Theft /liliPreference if also experienced in Multinational clients as well as knowledge in Liability. /liliExpertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of policy administration life cycle. /liliSound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills /liliIdeally experience in designing, developing,
