In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring strong customer relationships and supporting the achievement of company sales and profitability objectives in the assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of reference for customers, opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 pGuarantees the achievement of company sales and profit objectives in the area of competence; ensures adequate coverage of the territory and effective management of its team. /p ul liDrive the achievement of sales, profitability and market share objectives in the assigned territory. /li liEnsure effective coverage of the territory, identifying business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. /li liMaintain and strengthen relationships with Opinion Leaders, healthcare authorities, hospital administrators and general managers. /li liSupport sellers and agents in managing complex negotiations and customer interactions. /li liCoordinate and develop the agencies operating in the assigned area.
/li liManage and develop direct resources (FAS), ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback and performance monitoring. /li liPrepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on business performance. /li liMonitor area expenses and investments, ensuring alignment with business priorities. /li liPromote the effective use of business tools and company processes. /li liEnsure compliance with HCC procedures and company guidelines. /li liIdentify performance gaps or business risks and define corrective action plans where needed. /li /ul h3What You'll Need To Succeed /h3 ul liDegree preferably in a technical/scientific field, or equivalent culture and experience. /li li5–8 years of solid experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the IVD, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare sector. /li liStrong knowledge of the healthcare market and hospital environment. /li liProven ability to manage complex negotiations and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. /li liExperience in coordinating sales teams, agents or indirect sales networks. /li liStrong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to manage forecasts, targets and territory performance. /li liGood communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams. /li liEnglish intermediate level, ideally B2 / CAE. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pFor this position, the expected salary range/RAL is b€50K – €80K /b. /p pThe range indicated refers to the fixed gross annual salary only and represents the compensation range expected for the position. The final offer will be defined based on experience, skills, qualifications,
seniority and alignment with internal equity criteria. /p pThe position is covered by the bCCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico /b and is eligible for the bsales incentive plan/commission /b, according to the applicable plan rules.
