A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /p pFor our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Contract Management Specialist. /p h3Mission: /h3 pAdvice PM about all the contractual aspects during the entire life cycle of the project, formulating any contractual changes and supporting the PM in evaluating KPIs. /p h3Activities: /h3 ul liSupport Risk Managers to identify contract risks /li liSupport the analysis of clients requirements during the bidding phase /li liSupport the evaluation of the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibility /li liSupport the definition of the High Level schedule based on contractual milestone /li liSupport the definition of the High Level budget based on contractual requirements /li liCreate the Work Order Request /li liInteract with the client during the contract signature /li liParticipate to the first project meeting to start the activities /li liIdentify of the contractual milestone, including those related to payments /li liSupport the definition of the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company tool /li liSupport the analysis of contractual requirements /li liMeasure initiatives performances through predefined KPIs /li liParticipate in meetings with the project team to discuss project evolution/trend and performances /li liSupport the definition of corrective actions to guarantee the adherence to project plan /li liParticipate in meetings with the client to discuss project performances/criticalities or delays (PMR/SAL)



/li liSupport to analyze changes required by the client /li liNegotiate with client in terms of contractual requirements and/or revenues expected /li liCollaborate to review Budget (related to financial aspects) and create a new baseline to measure the performance /li liCollaborate, if necessary, to manage transportation activities (including certification management…) /li liSupport the management of licensing (import / export). /li liGuarantee the coordination with the competent divisional Legal OU after the signing of the contract and support, if requested the drafting of the contract and its amendments (also during the negotiation phases) /li liIdentify suitable preventive and corrective actions (concerning debt collection, formulating and negotiating any contractual changes) contributing, as well, to prices revisions. /li liProvide support in the management of disputes with the client in case of complaints or failure to satisfy the contractual agreement /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or Engineering preferred /li liAbility to analyze contractual requirements and understand their technical and economic impacts /li liGood understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management concepts /li liGood knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint /li liKnowledge of English (B2 level or higher) /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills, including with customers /li liAbility to work in a team and interface with different stakeholders (PM, legal, finance, customer) /li liProblem-solving attitude and results orientation /li liOrganizational skills and ability to manage priorities /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in structured or multinational environments /li liExperience, even minimal, in contract negotiation activities /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 pEngagement, recognition of skills,
