You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality HR services while helping foster an engaging, compliant, and high-performing work environment. /p pThis position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing manufacturing organization. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pYou will act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations, delivering support across a wide range of HR processes and initiatives. /p h3Employee Lifecycle Management /h3 ul liManage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment through offboarding. /li liSupport recruitment activities, including job requisition creation, candidate management, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. /li liPartner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance on hiring practices and compliance requirements. /li liCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR documentation. /li liManage employee changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and organizational updates. /li liMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.



/li /ul h3Employee and Manager Support /h3 ul liServe as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters. /li liProvide guidance on company policies, employee relations issues, attendance management, and employment practices. /li liSupport managers in handling people-related matters while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company procedures. /li liPromote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. /li /ul h3HR Operations and Payroll Support /h3 ul liSupport monthly payroll activities by collecting and validating employee data. /li liMonitor attendance and absence information and provide support on related employee and manager inquiries. /li liEnsure the accuracy of employee, payroll, and organizational data within HR systems. /li liSupport benefits administration and collaborate closely with Payroll and HR Operations teams. /li /ul h3HR Programs and Business Support /h3 ul liSupport annual HR processes including salary reviews, performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs. /li liCollaborate with Finance on workforce planning and labor cost forecasting activities. /li liParticipate in organizational initiatives, integration activities, and projects supporting acquisitions and business growth. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. /li li2-5 years of experience in Human Resources within an international organization. /li liExperience supporting multiple HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle. /li liGood knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies,
