You will support sales by shaping solution architectures, delivering demos, and running PoCs to prove business value. Responsabilità

- Provide technical guidance on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SaaS)
- Support sales with solution architecture for customer engagements
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars
- Build and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to show customer value
- Assist customers in migrating, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate support
- Develop relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers,



and decision-makers
- Maintain vendor certifications and stay current on technologies
- Identify opportunities to expand cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services
- Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies
- Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or PoCs
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors (advantage)
- A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Professional fluency in Italian and English
