financial verifications and process execution support. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h31) Due Diligence Coordination Document Management /h3ulliCoordinate document checks and completeness verification across VDR workstreams. /liliVerify DD outputs and ensure alignment with process and counterparty requirements. /liliPrepare and maintain VDR structure, ensuring timely upload, organization and access control of materials. /liliCoordinate internal team members and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, tax) throughout the due diligence process. /li /ulh32) QA and Stakeholder Coordination /h3ulliCollect, track and coordinate responses to QA requests from counterparties and investors during due diligence. /liliLiaise with internal subject-matter experts to ensure accurate and timely responses. /liliSupport resolution of open items and flag critical issues to the AR Manager. /li /ulh33) Competitive Process Support /h3ulliSupport preparation and review of teasers and marketing materials. /liliSupport preparation of process letters and instruction documents. /liliCollect and consolidate information required for competitive processes from internal teams. /liliCoordinate communication flows with financial/tax/legal advisors and investors across process phases. /li /ulh34) Financial Reporting Support /h3ulliSupport preparation of financial summaries, reporting materials and rendiconti for management and Investment Committee purposes. /liliContribute to maintaining audit-ready files and complition documentation. /liliPrepare high quality presentations and materials for senior management. /liliBuild and maintain management dashboards and performance reports /li /ulh35) Cross-Functional Market Support /h3ulliAct as a central coordination point across Development, Legal, Finance, EPC and external advisors during transactions.



/liliMonitor market and regulatory developments relevant to ongoing processes. /liliSupport continuous improvement of due diligence and process-management tools and templates. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulli2-4 years of experience in MA, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis, ideally within energy, infrastructure or renewables. /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. /liliSolid understanding of financial concepts (financial guarantees, reporting, valuation fundamentals). /liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. /liliStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation (VDR, QA trackers, process materials). /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable interfacing with external advisors and investors. /liliFluent English; Italian a strong plus. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have /h3ulliExperience with VDR platforms and due diligence management tools. /liliPrior exposure to competitive MA sale processes (teaser, process letter, QA management). /liliFamiliarity with renewable energy regulatory frameworks (GSE, ARERA, MASE, TICA, capacity market) and PPA/tolling/project finance concepts. /liliAdditional European languages. /li /ulh3Compensation Contractual Framework /h3pThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 35.100€, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
