This pivotal role will oversee financial consolidation, reporting and treasury activities across our subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group CFO/senior leadership and effective management of Group liquidity and financial risks.br/The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in financial analysis, IFRS, consolidation, cash management and internal controls, combined with a proactive mindset and international experience. /p h3ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liCoordinate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to gather, validate and analyze financial data. /li liManage the reporting system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities. /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis,
integrating financial performance, working capital and cash flow projections. /li liManage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the assigned countries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies. /li liGenerate the presentation of financial results, liquidity positions and key financial risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. /li liPartecipate in Preparing the annual consolidated financial statements including intercompany reconciliations, consolidation adjustments and eliminations. /li liLiaise with external auditors during the annual audit process. /li liDevelop and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance and appropriate segregation of duties across reporting and treasury activities. /li liOversee cash management and liquidity planning, ensuring adequate funding for operating needs and financial commitments across subsidiaries. /li liPrepare and monitor short- and medium‑term cash flow forecasts /li liCoordinate working capital management with local finance and operational teams, identifying opportunities to improve receivables collection, inventory levels and payment planning. /li liManage day‑to‑day banking relationships and negotiate banking services, credit facilities and financing arrangements. /li liMonitor borrowings, available credit lines, financing costs, repayment schedules and financial covenants, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of potential issues. /li liCoordinate intercompany funding and cash transfers,
and support cash pooling arrangements where applicable, in collaboration with tax and legal advisers. /li liIdentify and monitor foreign exchange, interest rate and counterparty risks, and support the implementation of approved hedging strategies within Group policies and delegated authorities. /li liOversee payment controls, bank account governance and banking authorization processes, ensuring compliance with approval limits and fraud prevention procedures. /li liDrive continuous improvement in consolidation, reporting and treasury processes, including automation and integration of financial systems. /li liProvide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions, investments and funding requirements. /li /ul h3TECHNICAL SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes and intercompany accounting. /li liProven experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management and banking relationships. /li liSound understanding of corporate financing, credit facilities, financial covenants and intercompany funding. /li liKnowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, including common hedging instruments and related controls. /li liFamiliarity with payment processes, banking platforms, treasury controls and cash pooling arrangements. /li liProficiency in consolidation tools such as SAP and experience with ERP systems; familiarity with treasury management systems is a plus. /li /ul h3BEHAVIORAL/SOFT SKILLS /h3 ul liExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across cultures and time zones. /li liA proactive, accountable approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and handle confidential financial information. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
