Role OverviewWe're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company overseeing team execution, owning processes and reporting, and working directly with the founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll have visibility across every function and be responsible for making sure the machine runs without the founder in the room.? ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day execution across teams (creative, growth, product, CS) and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIsOwn our project management system (ClickUp): structure, workflows, weekly prioritiesBuild and maintain weekly reporting: KPIs, team output, blockers delivered to the founder in a clear, decision-ready formatRun escalation management: identify issues early, solve what can be solved,
