The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia.br/ /ph3ABOUT THE JOB /h3pBased at the bBologna /b plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes for the bBologna and Turin /b manufacturing sites, reporting directly to the bDivision Regional HR Manager /b and working in close collaboration with local plant managers and COEs /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ullibPersonnel Administration: /b Manage the end-to-end personnel administration cycle for both plants, working in cooperation with the external payroll office. /lilibIndustrial Relations: /b Support plant managers and the Regional HR Manager in the day-to-day management of local industrial and labor union relations. /lilibTalent Acquisition Onboarding: /b Implement recruiting, selection, and onboarding policies for operational, technical, and white-collar roles in line with group standards. /lilibPeople Development: /b Monitor and manage performance management, training, and competency development processes defined at the central level. /lilibHR Advisory: /b Provide daily support and guidance to employees and line managers on labor law, corporate welfare,
and internal company regulations. /lilibCOE Guidelines Implementation: /b Act as the local point of contact for implementing policies, processes, and projects defined by central Centers of Excellence (COEs) adapting them to the specific needs of the Bologna and Turin plants. /lilibChange Management: /b Actively support change management processes related to organizational transformations, HR process digitalization, or plant evolutions, guiding managers and employees through the transition journey. /li /ulh3EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related fields. /lili3 to 5 years of previous experience as an HR Generalist, preferably gained in industrial, manufacturing, ideally structured in a matrix organization with COE logics. /liliGood knowledge of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Metalmeccanico). /liliAvailability to travel regularly to the Turin plant. /liliGood command of the MS Office package (particularly Excel) and major HR management systems. /liliStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and a strong predisposition for change management. /liliGood command of written and spoken English. /li /ulpLincotek provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.br/ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
