With a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /p pTecnimont is looking for a Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer to join the Construction Quality Department. /p h3Key Responsabilities: /h3 pThe Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer reports to the Mechanical Completion Leader and supports the implementation, monitoring, and management of Mechanical Completion activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures the effective execution of Mechanical Completion processes both during the home office phase and at project sites, contributing to the successful handover of systems and subsystems to commissioning and operations. /p h3In home office /h3 pUnder the guidance of the Mechanical Completion Leader, you will be responsible for: /p ul liSupporting the set-up of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning master inspection and test plan (ITP) models. /li liCooperating with Mechanical Completion Coordinators, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure all deliverables required for the Completion Database comply with contractual requirements. /li liManaging and updating Mechanical Completion data and engineering information within dedicated project systems and databases. /li liSupporting the configuration of Mechanical Completion tools and user accounts in coordination with ICT functions. /li liContributing to the development of Mechanical Completion procedures, training programs, and project execution strategies. /li liProviding feedback on technical and organizational issues related to Mechanical Completion activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollecting and capitalizing lessons learned from project execution to improve future project performance. /li liMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mechanical Completion methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. /li /ul h3At site /h3 pYou will be responsible for:
/p ul liManaging and recording punch list items received from discipline supervisors and construction quality inspectors. /li liMonitoring punch list status and closure progress, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of outstanding priorities. /li liSupporting subsystem completion tracking and monitoring discipline completion activities. /li liIssuing Discipline Acceptance Certificates in accordance with project Handover Procedures when required. /li liEnsuring Mechanical Completion documentation is complete, updated, and available for handover activities. /li liCoordinating with Construction, Quality, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning teams to facilitate an efficient project turnover process. /li liSupporting reporting activities and keeping Construction Management informed on completion status and critical issues. /li liPromoting compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards throughout Mechanical Completion activities. /li /ul h3Requirements and Skills /h3 ul liTechnical High School Diploma or equivalent technical qualification. /li li3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Completion roles within EPC, Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial projects. /li liExperience both in Home Office and Construction Site environments is considered a strong asset. /li liAvailability to relocate abroad for project assignments of medium-long duration (typically 12-24 months). /li liGood English level (professional). Language proficiency will be assessed during the selection process. /li liGood knowledge of Mechanical Completion processes, punch list management, system turnover, and handover procedures. /li liStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. /li liGood communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liAbility to work effectively in multicultural and fast-paced environments. /li /ul h3Contract Type and Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liApplicable collective agreement (NCLC):
