ppDolceGabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products. /p pThe Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development. /p pThe selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Manager. /p pThe role is responsible for ensuring efficient stockroom operations, accurate inventory management, effective merchandise flow, and the coordination of stockroom activities to support boutique productivity and deliver the highest operational standards. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and supervise all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring optimal organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas. /li liEnsure efficient stockroom operations in line with company procedures and operational standards. /li liSupport the Sales Team through timely replenishment activities, guaranteeing product availability and minimizing client waiting times. /li liCoordinate and supervise stockroom activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and stock control processes. /li liTrain and onboard new team members on stock management systems, procedures and operational guidelines. /li liSupervise and support the Stock Team, providing coaching, performance monitoring and constructive feedback. /li liParticipate in daily store briefings, sharing stock-related updates and operational priorities. /li liMonitor stock levels, product rotation and replenishment activities, proposing corrective actions when required. /li liOversee deliveries, shipments and merchandise transfers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
