ph3Job Title and Summary /h3pSr. Material Cost Analyst /ppSummary: This highly visible role is responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and controllership of raw material and logistics costs. In this position, you will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive cost visibility, improve processes, ensure compliance, and support informed business decisions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsible for planning, analyzing, and driving execution of material cost. /liliAnalyze Raw Material purchases and maintain accuracy and controllership of financials. /liliAdvise Operations and Business Unit Finance teams on material and develop and implement process improvement recommendations to drive efficiencies and cost visibility. /liliResponsible for delivering efficient and accurate financial reporting and analysis to internal clients (Operations/Supply Chain Management, Business Units and Sectors) and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP accounting standards and Momentive’s internal financial policies. /liliResponsible for analysis of monthly Inflation, variance vs standard and financial reporting of logistics cost; budgeting process of material cost, quarterly forecasting, and ad hoc estimations. /liliDesign and improve process/reporting of Raw Material cost and work with appropriate business partners to deliver on assigned projects. /liliReview and approve specific business transactions as determined by Momentive’s delegation of authority policy, in coordination with Operations Finance Management, Procurement Supply Chain Management, and Sector and Business Unit Management teams. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliC.A./MBA finance, accounting, business, or related field. /liliMin. 4-5 years of progressive Finance experience as a Finance Analyst, Cost Analyst, Operations Analyst, or related role. /liliCritical thinking and strategic mindset. /liliStrong Material Cost Planning Analysis, Financial analysis,



Budgeting. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment across different time zones. /liliFluency in English is mandatory. #LI-KG1 /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliStrong working experience using SAP/Business Warehouse. /liliAdvanced MS Excel (Filters, Pivots, Dynamic Charts, Formulas, VLOOKUP), and MS PowerPoint experience /liliWorking knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls including Sarbanes-Oxley Act; U.S. accounting rules and regulations including historical cost, revenue recognition, matching and full disclosure principles. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pBase Pay Range: €41.300 - €60.610 Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Where applicable, country-specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process in line with local pay transparency regulations. /ppThis role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation.
