pIn this role you lead the Field Services Support (FSS) Proximity team for Retail and Corporate across Italy, reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia. You ensure high-quality on-site and remote IT service, drive regional evolution of the FSS organization, and support business-driven initiatives like store openings, refurbishments, and events.
