You will be working on a system with a massive, unique scale that is incredibly hard to find anywhere else in Poland. Because reliable data serving from the search engine is absolutely vital for other platform areas - powering listings, recommendation systems, and extensive marketing campaigns - we aim to maintain a 100% SLA. This role sits at the perfect intersection of technology, business strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration. /ph3We are looking for people with: /h3ullibIndependence True Ownership: /b A highly autonomous approach to work. This includes strong skills in defining, monitoring, and rigorously reviewing metrics, combined with a deep understanding of the difference between input measures (e.g., model quality) and output measures (e.g., business conversion). /lilibDS/ML Background: /b Previous experience or a strong interest in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning is highly welcomed. /lilibProduct Management Experience: /b Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within highly scalable, technical, or algorithmic environments. /lilibTechnical Analytical Mindset: /b A strong understanding of core search engine architecture, optimization algorithms, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. /lilibStrategic Roadmap Planning: /b Experience in building delivery plans for at least one quarter and a long‑term product vision, mapping out increments based on algorithmic and infrastructural improvements.
