Reporting directly to the manager of the function, as a Legal Specialist you will provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will work closely with various business functions, including Purchasing, RD, Quality, Sales, HR and Compliance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design. /p ul liDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English; /li liSupport corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records; /li liSupport the internal units in the management of legal issues; /li liMonitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business; /li liProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day-to-day operations; /li liWork with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbKey requirements /b /p ul li3-5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law; /li liKnowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations); /li liAutonomous drafting of legal texts; /li liAccuracy,
