pLocation: Italy Bergamo /ppDepartment: Sales / Commercial /ppReports to: Global / HQ Management /ppbr/ppJob Responsibilities /ppbr/pp1、Develop and execute sales strategies for CareRay's medical imaging products across the European market, with primary responsibility for achieving sales revenue and business growth targets. /ppbr/pp2、Develop new customers, distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners across Europe, while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. /ppbr/pp3、Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including market development, customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, contract closing, and project follow-up. /ppbr/pp4、Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners, and identify new opportunities for CareRay's medical imaging products and components. /ppbr/pp5、Work closely with HQ Product, RD, Technical Support, Marketing, and other functions to support customer evaluation, product integration, testing, and project implementation. /ppbr/pp6、Monitor European market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities, and business opportunities, and provide market feedback to HQ. /ppbr/pp7、Manage the sales pipeline, sales forecast, customer information, and key business indicators, and regularly report business performance to HQ. /ppbr/pp8、Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Italy subsidiary, including basic administration, finance, logistics, customer support, and other local operational matters. /ppbr/pp9、Manage and coordinate the local team of approximately three employees, clarify responsibilities, allocate resources,



and ensure effective execution of business and operational activities. /ppbr/pp10、Act as the key communication bridge between the Italy subsidiary and HQ, ensuring company strategies, business objectives, and management requirements are effectively implemented locally. /ppbr/pp11、Represent the company in key customer meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences, and other external business activities. /ppbr/ppQualifications /ppbr/pp1、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Medical Imaging, Life Sciences, or a related field. /ppbr/pp2、8+ years of B2B sales experience in the medical device, medical imaging, healthcare technology, or related healthcare industry. /ppbr/pp3、Experience with Flat Panel Detectors (FPD), X-ray detectors, medical imaging components, or other medical device components is highly preferred. /ppbr/pp4、Strong experience working with medical imaging OEMs, system integrators, distributors, hospitals, or other healthcare customers is preferred. /ppbr/pp5、Proven track record in European market development, key account management, distributor management, business negotiation, and achieving sales targets. /ppbr/pp6、Experience managing a small local team or overseas subsidiary is preferred. /ppbr/pp7、Strong business acumen with the ability to balance sales growth with day-to-day local operational management. /ppbr/pp8、Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. /ppbr/pp9、Fluent English is required. Italian or another European language is a plus. /ppbr/pp10、Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with HQ and international teams. /ppbr/pp11、Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and internationally as required. /p
