/li liCollaborate with Control Engineers and Real-Time Software Engineers to deploy control algorithms on target hardware /li liSupport debugging, testing, and validation activities (including HIL and on-target testing). /li liContribute to system architecture decisions and embedded platform selection /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong embedded programming skills in C/C++ /li liExperience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or RT-Linux /li liKnowledge of microcontrollers, industrial PCs, and embedded hardware architectures /li liFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, Ethernet-based protocols) /li liUnderstanding of real-time constraints, concurrency, and interrupt handling /li liDebugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and embedded toolchains /li /ul h3Ideal Background /h3 ul liMSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Embedded Systems /li li5+ years of experience in embedded software development in industrial or energy environments /li liExperience with industrial control systems, power electronics, or energy systems is a strong plus /li liExposure to grid-connected systems, inverters, or BESS controllers is preferred /li /ul pWe consider both permanent employment and freelance consultancy agreements, depending on the candidate's profile and project needs.
