The company are based in Italy, working hybrid (4 days to be based in office in Milan).This position would require:Project & Team Leadership: Directs all programming activities for clinical trials (Phase I–IV) or large global projects, coordinating work across internal teams and external contractors.Regulatory Compliance: Ensures clinical data, analysis datasets, and reporting outputs strictly conform to global standards like CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM)Technical Strategy & Innovation: Drives the integration of new technologies, automation tools,
