Overview

In this executive role, you will act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South, shaping regional strategy and customer outcomes. You will drive performance, align cross-functional GTM efforts, and lead the South leadership team to deliver growth across diverse markets. You’ll engage with C-suite customers, sponsor strategic pursuits, and develop regional talent while sharing best practices with global leadership. This is an opportunity to influence revenue and customer impact at scale in a dynamic, multicultural region.

Responsabilità

- Act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South and represent regional leadership in executive engagements and reviews
- Drive business performance and ensure targets and outcomes are met with the SVP
- Oversee South strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline excellence, and customer adoption with the extended leadership team
- Represent the EMEA COO office in the South region and execute Pan-EMEA initiatives and decisions
- Build senior relationships with customer executives to reinforce ServiceNow’s value at the highest levels




- Engage in strategic pursuits at the executive level with sponsorship and proximity to deal structure and process
- Champion talent development across the region in partnership with country managers
- Represent EMEA South in global leadership forums and share best practices across Major Areas and GEOs

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven track record in enterprise software sales or sales leadership with success in complex, multi-stakeholder deals and GTM coordination
- Strong customer-facing experience at the C-suite level with credibility to represent ServiceNow at top levels
- Comfort with acting as a senior delegate and making decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong people leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams
- Highly collaborative and able to work with a broad set of stakeholders without duplication
- Experience in multicultural, multi-country organizations; EMEA South exposure is a strong advantage
- Energetic, resilient with a growth mindset and a drive to win in a competitive market
- Effective communicator at executive level, both verbally and in writing
