They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Tech Services discipline. They solve complex problems and use their discipline‑specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Construction impacts a range of customer, operational, project, Subcontractor or service activities with the Tech Services team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within the appropriate guidelines and policies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3bKey Tasks and Responsibilities: /bulliLead site construction activities in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules. /liliSupport the Construction Director and Area construction managers for set up, management and completion of works to be completed at site. /liliCoordinate with Home Office Engineering, Construction, Subcontracting, Procurement and Project Controls to plan, set up and enable site Subcontractor works. /liliCoordinate with the Completions Manager on discipline activity. /liliCoordinate with site QA/QC Lead on final inspection and punch list, red‑line drawings to show as‑build conditions; perform engineering activities to develop/complete design; prepare/answer Request for Information and Field Work Order Requests. /liliSupport the set up and administration of the AWP system for site activities. /liliIssue and monitor issue of project deliverable and information to Subcontractors relevant to their scope. /liliConduct Constructability works in the home office with engineering and coordinate with Site Subcontractors for input / feedback on design.



/liliManage Engineering support on the site through the Project Manager at the home office. /liliManage all correspondence concerning questions or issues between Engineering and Construction through a Request for Information (RFI) system for document tracking and control. /liliClose out all RFIs and incorporate them into the turnover systems for care and custody of the Client. /liliAnalyze progress and schedule performance. /liliConduct weekly planning meetings with their PMT and Subcontractors to determine work to be executed in the upcoming three (3) weeks. /liliSupport the Subcontractor to generate weekly work plans on an IWP level with input and recording. /liliSupport the subcontractor to request material by submitting WRFIs to Material Management before the execution date and track material delivery. /liliRecord and communicate Lessons Learned /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3bEssential Qualifications and Education: /bulliBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent. /liliFive (5)years of experience in Construction. /liliModerate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems. /liliKnowledge of MS Office skills, specifically with Excel, and Access. /liliExcellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. /liliRespected for uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and professionalism. /liliEnergetic with a positive and enthusiastic disposition, possessing a can‑do attitude /liliProject-focused, values‑oriented, and results‑driven /li /ulh3Informazioni sull'azienda /h3pLutechresources /ppOur ingenuity fuels daily life.
