Establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer’s accounts and assessing customer’s needs translating into results oriented solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely delivery /li liCollaborate with sales teams and products teams to develop local services and products /li liHandle Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) /li liPromote additional services to contribute to overall profit /li liInteract with various agents to set up quotes, routes and rates for international and domestic freight shipments /li liReview the process and take immediate action to correct or solve issues that may occur /li liProvide feedback on enhancing current procedures that will increase efficiency reduce errors and better serve our customers /li liBuild and maintain relationships with AIT’s customers and vendors on a first name basis /li liOther duties assigned as business deems necessary /li liManage key accounts,
