This purpose guides how we manage risk, make decisions and work together to deliver sustainable outcomes. /p pOur culture is built on trust, integrity and accountability, underpinned by a shared set of values that shape everything we do. /p pbJob Purpose /b /p pThe Senior Operations and IT Risk Governance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring IT, Cyber, Data, Digital, Property, Protection and Resilience risks are effectively identified, managed and controlled in line with Allianz UK’s risk appetite, regulatory obligations and Group standards. /p pThe role supports robust governance, assurance, and a strong culture of risk awareness across the Operations and IT (OpsIT) environment. /p pbSalary Information /b /p pPay: Circa £52,500 per year. /p pPay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liSupport internal and external audits of OpsIT general Controls. /li liIdentify, assess, monitor and report OpsIT risks and control effectiveness. /li liMaintain OpsIT risk registers and work with risk owners to deliver timely remediation. /li liPerform risk assessments and control testing in line with defined methodologies. /li liProvide assurance and governance oversight of OpsIT service providers and third parties. /li liDeliver risk education and promote a strong risk culture across OpsIT. /li /ul pbSkills and Experience /b /p ul liStrong experience in risk management and governance within a regulated environment. /li liFamiliarity with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST and ITIL.
