The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing IT systems and manufacturing applications, delivering end-user support and infrastructure projects, enforcing cybersecurity measures and user training, monitoring and responding to security threats, and ensuring all IT services align with Group IT policies and business requirements. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPerform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop issues for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions,



including off-site repairs for remote users as needed. /li liInstall, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products to deliver the required service levels for desktop systems. /li liBuild, install, and test custom configurations based on various platforms and operating systems. /li liCollaborate with members of the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment. /li liWhen necessary, manage and troubleshoot issues with end-user network software products for workstations. /li liEnsure that desktop connections—i.e., network jacks—are functioning properly. /li liSet up tests and applications to monitor desktop performance, then provide performance statistics and reports. /li /ul h3Skills and Attributes Required: /h3 ul liAcademic studies related to IT. /li liProfesional experience in similiar position. /li liHigh level of English and Spanish proficiency. /li liGood written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. /li liStrong customer service orientation and attention to detail. /li liAbility to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. /li liAbility to travel for business purposes. /li /ul pAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment irrespective of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender identity or disability status.
