We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and detail-oriented Seasonal Shop Sales Assistant to join our Milan team during the autumn and holiday season. VM Milan Shop Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand and create a memorable experience for every customer who enters our boutique. Milan is an international city of design, fashion and creativity.

We are looking for someone who understands contemporary aesthetics, enjoys engaging with a diverse clientele and can communicate the story and values behind each V.VM collection. You will help customers discover our products, support daily store operations and contribute to creating a beautiful and inspiring retail environment.



Welcome customers and create a personalised shopping experience VM products, materials and craftsmanship Guide customers through collections including fragrance, ceramics, linens and home objects Support gifting conversations and holiday shopping Maintain beautiful product displays and store presentation Assist with daily store operations Support seasonal launches and events You live in or near Milan, Italy.

Passionate about interiors, design, fashion and contemporary Italian culture Warm, confident and comfortable speaking with international customers Curious, articulate and able to tell the story behind a product Reliable, organised and professional Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, interiors, hospitality or luxury environments is appreciated.

Fluent

Italian is required and also English.
