providing operational rigor and process value for first-time outsourcing engagements. /p pDeliver SLAs and KPIs across the underwriting portfolio spanning three U.S. geographies, with no onshore retained staff. /p pDirectly manage ~200 underwriting professionals handling pre- and post-issuance processes. /p pMaintain operational stability during quarterly and annual renewal surges, demonstrating agility, client handling, and people management skills. /p pDrive transformation and standardization initiatives to converge delivery under a center of excellence framework. /p pServe as primary point of contact for the client’s underwriting centre of excellence in India. /p pCollaborate with internal RPA and Six Sigma teams to implement efficiency and digital initiatives. /p pMentor underwriting professionals and support career development within the team. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics /p h3Certifications /h3 pAU 60: Commercial Underwriting Principles - The Institutes (USA) The Institutes (USA), Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) - Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) - Insurance Institute of America (IIA)
