Our technology starts with you. /b /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pYou will be part of the Supply Chain Organization, driving cross-functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Groups within the SOP and Medium- / Long-Term planning processes. /p pYou will have a direct impact on strategic capacity and supply decisions, with the opportunity to work on medium- and long-term planning topics. /p pYour main mission is to: /p ul liBalance demand, capacity, and inventory to support company objectives. /li liBuild and maintain a shared company Sales and Operations Plan, serving as the baseline for execution. /li liDesign and model the end-to-end supply chain. /li /ul h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAnalyze demand and capacity across the full value chain, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities to support business and manufacturing decisions. /li liDevelop SOP scenarios and drive improvement actions. /li liDesign and model end-to-end supply chains in collaboration with Product Groups and Manufacturing,



including: ul liNew product ramp-up strategies /li liProduct transfers /li liQualification and loading of new manufacturing sources /li /ul /li liDefine and maintain inventory strategies, including targets, buffers, and positioning, in collaboration with the execution team and aligned with service level, capacity, and financial objectives. /li liEnsure quarterly alignment between SOE and SOP, especially on manufacturing plans and inventory, highlighting and explaining main deviations. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of planning models, assumptions, and processes. /li /ul h3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience, or strong internship/apprenticeship exposure, in Supply Chain Planning, SOP, or Capacity Planning. /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to: ul liInterpret demand signals, capacity constraints, and inventory dynamics /li liBuild and compare what-if scenarios and quantify impacts /li liAnalyze data, apply strategic thinking, and drive decision-making /li /ul /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel and planning tools related to SOP and SOE. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and facilitate alignment among Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Product Groups. /li liComfortable working closely with senior leaders on SOP scenarios and strategic decisions. /li liFluent in English,



both spoken and written; other European languages are a plus. /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE /h3 ul liExperience with supply chain design, new product introduction, business planning, and manufacturing planning. /li liAPICS CPIM or similar supply chain certifications. /li /ul pThe starting expected salary for this position if based in Italy is €42.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. /p pIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation level has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
