The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations and assisting guests throughout their entire stay. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome guests with professionalism, courtesy and attention. /li liManage check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and accurate manner. /li liProvide detailed information about the property's services, the city and local events. /li liManage telephone and online reservations through the property's management software. /li liKeep arrival and departure records up to date. /li liCollaborate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. /li liHandle complaints or special requests with quick and effective solutions. /li liEnsure that the reception area and information materials are tidy and presentable. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or degree in tourism/languages (preferred qualification). /li liAt least 1 year of experience in hotels of the same or higher category. /li liExcellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
