La preghiamo di leggere la descrizione almeno una volta prima di fare clic su "Candidati".brpFor one of our clients operating in the Oil Gas EPC sector, we are looking to hire a Construction Engineer to be based in their head offices in Milan. /ppThe selected candidate will be responsible for supporting construction activities from the proposal phase through to site mobilization, ensuring proper coordination and definition of construction strategies in line with project requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards. /ppThe role is fully integrated within the Construction Commissioning Department and requires close interaction with Project Management, Proposal, Procurement, and Project Control teams. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliActively support the Proposal Department during the bidding phase, contributing to construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis, and technical evaluation of subcontractors. /liliPerform technical alignment of subcontractor proposals during both bidding and execution phases /liliContribute to the definition and consolidation of construction strategy in line with scope, budget and contractual requirements /liliReview contractual documentation to ensure a fit-for-purpose construction execution approach /liliProvide inputs for project scheduling,



ensuring alignment with contractual milestones /liliSupport the definition of construction manhours by discipline and work class /liliCoordinate home office construction activities for one or more projects until site mobilization /liliPromote and verify implementation of the constructability plan /liliPrepare and review key construction documentation, including procedures, specifications, Work Requisitions (WR), Site Mobilization Plans, and Vendor Assistance Plans. xjncmbx /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliMinimum 8–10 years of experience in Construction roles within EPC projects, preferably in the Oil Gas or Energy sector /liliProven experience in home office construction activities, supporting projects from bidding phase through to site mobilization /liliSolid involvement in proposal / tendering phase, including construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis and technical bid evaluation /liliStrong understanding of constructability processes and construction execution strategies /liliExperience in construction manhours estimation and coordination with Project Control /liliHands-on experience in technical evaluation and management of subcontractors /liliAbility to review contractual documentation and translate it into practical construction execution approaches /liliPrevious site experience is considered a strong plus /liliFluent English /li /ulpLocation /ppYou will be based in Milan, Italy (with availability for occasional travel if required). /p
