About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece.

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available

Responsibilities

- Assist customers through phone and digital support channels
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
- Escalate complex cases when necessary




- Follow established procedures and quality guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience

These responsibilities generalize the project's actual phone/digital support, issue resolution, escalation, and quality-process duties without tying the post to the specific end client.

Requirements

- Native-level or C1 Italian
- B2 English or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital applications
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work remotely from Greece
