KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the vision, capture & analyze the business needs and ensure the solution aligns with the business objectives Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of OneTrade Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating functional & technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project / program lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives,
