Overview In this role you prepare and submit tenders and commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other stakeholders to drive opportunities and support process excellence. You will analyze tender requirements, maintain pricing and documentation, and communicate updates to relevant teams.

This position offers hands-on exposure to public tenders and commercial processes in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will help improve tender management practices while contributing to business impact.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and related submissions.
- Analyze tender specifications to support competitive and compliant submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to review products, pricing, and terms.
- Liaise with customers for clarifications on tender or offer details.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
- Communicate awarded tenders, pricing updates,



and contractual information to stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.
- Support internal teams with tender processes and contractual queries.
- Maintain organized records in line with company policies and identify process improvements.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years of experience in tender management, commercial administration, customer support, or similar.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
