RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is searching for Automation Tester to join development team at an insurance company to create and maintain end-to-end automated tests with Playwright. Candidate will need to use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalents) in a structured way to generate, refactor, and maintain tests, and helps the team adopt AI-assisted development methods (vibe coding).

Language: Italian

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright.

Develop test automation mainly in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

Define test scenarios, test cases,



and reusable frameworks/patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability of the suites.

Use AI-assisted development tools to support the generation, refactoring, optimization, and maintenance of automated tests.

Review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring its quality, readability, reliability, and adherence to development standards.

Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the automation of testing processes.

Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and collaborate with developers and other team members to solve issues. xkiyazw

Define and share patterns, best practices, and guidelines for developing and maintaining test automation.
