For our client, an international company operating in the automotive and trucks field, we are searching for a Central Quality Specialist. **Posizione**:
The Central Quality specialist will take care of: - Coordinate corrective actions, based on instructions provided by plants;
- Support the Plant Quality Plant in the launch of the new product: Perform Product audits on new products & launches;
- Drives and follow up on non-conformities found during the audit and review activities;
- Provide training and coach the plants for Quality manufacturing/ Product Audit team;
- Increase the robustness of manufacturing processes leading their improvement;
- Support Plants to improve Quality KPI;
- Train and coach of new Product Audit Managers in their role and responsibilities related to manufacturing processes;
- Train and coach plant product audit teams whit cross fertilization between different plants and central quality;
- Verifying the correct understanding in order to ensure product quality strongly focused on Customer satisfaction;
- Interaction is needed with other regions, functions and roles (Central Quality,



Engineering, Man Eng, Manufacturing leaders );
- KPI’s monitoring and active participation in the improvement projects;
- Direct communication and coordination with: Plants (Quality Manager, Quality team), Logistic Pad Responsible, Central Manufacturing Quality Team, Regional Central Quality teams, responsibility required systematic travelling and presence in the plants. **Requisiti**:
Knowledge and expertise: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing (Welding, Painting and Assembly) Processes and Quality Processes and Systems;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Analytical skills to perform data collection and analysis;
- Strong approach to Continuous Improvement and problem solving. Ability to communicate effectively in order to change and influence decision if needed. **Altre informazioni**:
