/p h3bQualifications /b /h3 pQualified Italian lawyer with 8-10 years' experience. /p pBackground in maritime, logistics, or terminal operations. /p pStrong contract drafting and negotiation skills. /p pKnowledge of EU competition, sanctions, export control, and environmental laws. /p pExperience leading legal projects and influencing senior stakeholders. /p pStrong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. /p pExperience with corporate governance and cross-border legal entity management. /p pProactive, solution-oriented mindset in an international, fast-paced environment. /p pItalian and English language proficiency are a must. /p pbLocation: /bGenoa and Vado Ligure, Italy. /p pMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
