In this Property Legal Counsel role, you support Pandora's store network and operations across Italy and SEMEA markets, working within a global legal team.
You will guide real estate matters, lease negotiations, and related contracts to enable store expansion and compliant operations.
You'll partner with the Property and Network team and senior leadership to shape commercial real estate strategy and risk management.
This role offers cross-border exposure and a chance to influence how a leading jewelry brand scales its retail footprint.
Draft and negotiate store lease agreements and related documents (guarantees, insurance)
Draft/manage ancillary lease documents and board minutes/powers of attorney
Coordinate execution steps with notaries and monitor lease status across the network
Provide advice on real estate law and lease provisions to the Property and Network team
Prepare reports on ongoing negotiations, renewals, break options, and status of leases
Support drafting of correspondence with landlords and handle maintenance/termination issues
Manage store-related incidents, liaising with landlords and insurers




Negotiate works and services agreements related to business operations
Assist with obtaining licenses/authorizations necessary for operation
Support stores acquisitions (M&A;) activities and interact with external counsels
5+ years of experience in real estate law
Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills for lease agreements
Experience in both law firm and in-house environments preferred
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-border, multi-jurisdictional contexts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior management
Independent work style with strong prioritization and project management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Business acumen and sound legal and commercial judgment
Italian and English fluency (written and verbal)
