JD Logistics is expanding across Europe and seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily last-mile operations in our delivery stations. You will lead linehaul intake, parcel sortation, route staging, and DSP/driver dispatch to maximize on-time delivery (OTD) and operational excellence.
You will supervise shift team leaders and sortation staff, coordinate with DSPs and couriers, enforce safety, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
