Responsabilità
Manage and grow long-term relationships with strategic customers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive profitable growth
Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals, amendments and renewals
Build business cases with Sales, Delivery Management, Finance and Administration




Coordinate internal teams to address customer needs and ensure post-sales excellence
Monitor contract profitability, budgets, order acquisition and invoicing support
Share customer and solution feedback to steer product development
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in a technical or business-related field
At least 5 years of B2B account management or customer management experience
Proven success growing business with existing customers and managing complex, long-term contracts
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, financial analysis and forecasting skills
Excellent relationship-building, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage
Availability for international travel (~25%)
