In this role you lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr platform solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on CCaaS and digital transformation.
You'll work across sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to ensure architectures meet customer goals and pave the way for successful implementations.
You'll define architecture blueprints, craft security and operational artifacts, and ensure best practices and compliance throughout delivery.
This is a hands?on, customer?facing senior role that shapes large?scale customer experiences on Sprinklr's unified platform.
