/ppKey ResponsibilitiesbrSupport the execution of buy-side and sell-side MA mandates throughout the full transaction lifecycle.brPrepare marketing materials, including Teasers, Information Memoranda, Business Plans, Management Presentations, and pitchbooks.brPerform financial analysis, including financial statement review and reclassification from trial balances.brBuild and maintain sophisticated valuation and financial models (DCF, LBO, Trading Comparables, Transaction Comparables, and scenario analyses).
brCoordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, legal advisors,



and other counterparties involved in the transaction process.brConduct industry, market, and company research to support both execution and origination activities.brAssist senior professionals in transaction structuring, negotiations, and client relationship management.
/ppRequirementsbr4-5 years of experience within MA Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a similar financial advisory environment.brStrong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.brSolid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.brExcellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.brDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.brFluent English, both written and spoken.brStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
