OverviewIn this role you support the monthly and forecast data collection and IFRS17-based analysis within Group Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Control.
You collaborate with local controlling teams to monitor KPIs, aggregate and report results, and assess impacts on Group performance.
You work with Excel, Tagetik, and SAC to drive data quality and insights.
You will engage cross-country stakeholders to align on targets and improvements, contributing to the Group's sustainable growth and governance.

ResponsabilitàData collection of monthly and quarterly KPIs using Excel/Tagetik and in-house tools
Collection of IFRS17 KPI data (forecast and plan) using Excel, Tagetik, SAC




Monitoring and analysis of KPIs and their impact on Group Results
Aggregation, reporting, target setting and assessment affecting Group Results and KPIs
Engagement with local countries controlling teams to coordinate efforts
Requisiti fondamentali2-5 years of experience in Finance and/or Actuarial departments
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Italian
Knowledge of IFRS17 and IFRS9 principles
Knowledge of Tagetik and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus
Good analytical skills
Curious and proactive attitude open to changes
