OverviewIn this role you support Hyundai's dealer network with diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical guidance, while contributing to quality improvement and new model launches.
You collaborate across workshops and HQ guidelines to resolve issues, monitor performance, and drive technical excellence.
You'll manage service actions, TSBs, recalls, and tool management, translating documentation and sharing best practices.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a dynamic, international setting.

ResponsabilitàAnalyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics and issue resolution
Manage technical hotline activities and escalate complex cases when required
Ensure correct implementation of TSBs, service actions and recall campaigns
Translate technical documentation and communicate procedures across the dealer network




Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses
Support technical projects, new model launches and management of Service Special Tools
Participate in Hyundai Motor Europe technical training and development programs
Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or the automotive industry
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and technical support operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Previous workshop or dealer network experience is considered a plus
