/ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for a bJunior RD Engineer /b to support product development, testing, validation and manufacturing process improvement.
/ppThe ideal candidate has baround 1 year or more of experience /b in bmedical devices, RD, engineering or another technical role /b, particularly in areas related to plastics, polymer materials, injection molding or manufacturing.
/ppCandidates with b0–1 year of experience /b may also be considered if they have relevant binternship, academic project or technical experience /b related to medical devices, plastics, materials, injection molding, tooling or manufacturing.
/ppbFor candidates with limited professional experience, Hantech Medical Italy can provide training and technical development.
/b /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport bRD and new product development projects /b for single-use medical devices.
/liliSupport product testing, validation and technical documentation.
/liliAssist with bplastic injection molding and manufacturing process optimization /b.
/liliSupport material evaluation and performance improvement.
/liliWork with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to solve technical issues.




/liliCollaborate with bChina-based RD and technical teams /b on product development and engineering projects.
/liliSupport new product industrialization and continuous improvement.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, such as: /lilibBiomedical Engineering / Bioengineering /b /liliMechanical Engineering /liliMaterials Science / Materials Engineering /liliChemical Engineering /liliPlastics / Polymer Engineering /liliMold Tooling / Manufacturing Engineering /lilior a related STEM discipline /lilibAround 1 year or more of relevant experience is preferred.
/b /lilib0–1 year candidates with relevant internships, academic projects or technical experience will also be considered.
/b /liliExperience in bmedical devices, plastics, polymer materials, injection molding or tooling /b is preferred.
/liliStrong technical learning ability and willingness to develop within the medical device industry.
