Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (5+ people)

Strong judgment, optimism, and accountability for mistakes
Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new topics
