You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned administrative tasks, supporting smooth operational execution and high service quality for customers and internal stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcessing and registering export shipments, including order entry and execution /li liOrganizing freight movements and customs handling while monitoring timelines, appointments, and compliance /li liPreparing, monitoring, and following up on quotations and special customer orders /li liPreparing billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting accounting through statistics and KPI maintenance /li liPreparing and managing operational documentation, including delivery bills, bills of lading, letters of credit compliant documents,
