As Manufacturing Engineer, you drive operational excellence in the plant’s assembly area through process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other functions to support new product introductions and process changes while upholding safety and quality standards. You explore innovative ideas to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality, and you may support lifecycle and change-qualification activities for successful product launches.
