As part of Deel's Customer Operations, you protect revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surfacing product patterns. You’ll act as the operational engine that keeps clients engaged, growing, and trusting Deel. You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, identify adoption gaps, and surface scalable improvements using data and AI. You’ll impact product and process improvements across a high-volume portfolio in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
